The image is captured on a Dell PE6850 with a Perc4 controller. Deploying image to a Dell PE2950 or PE1950 with Perc5 controllers lead to Sysprep Mini setup is not starting. Correct drivers for Mass Storage adapter provided, but not recognized by the system. Upgraded to win 8.1 and missing 'mass storage controller' driver, any ideas? I've downloaded all drivers from dell support site and nothing seems to work? Machine seems to be working fine.     I am currently having the same problem on my Toshiba Satellite A135-S4417. I can not find the correct driver for my mass storage controller. I have down loaded I think every driver or chip set or even updates available, none of which work. PLEASE HELP.....

    What is the make and model of Mass Storage Device?
