So i've been having issues trying to download the forza motorsport 6 with this issue coming up. I am still trying to fix it but this can be a tip of service for anyone having the same issue as i am and see if that fixes for them as well.

Now i contacted microsoft support and ultimately it came down to this issue.

In order for me to download the game, she/he requested me to get the build 1511
So i just recontacted microsoft support and they directed me to a actual build ISO to download 1511 which i'm doing now since above did not work. Here is the link to get the full build:

Open internet explorer and go to this link:
Select your edition
Select windows 10 and then confirm
Product language English and confirm
Now to find out if you have 64 BIT or 32 BIT right click on the windows logo on your task bar then click system.
Then look for System type:
Mine looks like that so it's 64 bit. Now if you have mine then get 64 bit if not then get 32 bit.
Now after it's downloaded follow these steps the microsoft operator made for me:
Steps;
Once after the download is finished, please right click on the file and click on 'Open With' Windows Explorer'. YOu can see the file called 'Setup' in the folder.
If you double click on that folder, it will directly initiate the installation. It will ask you to accept the license agreement and install updates.
Please click on 'Install updates' and also chose the option as 'Keep all the files and proceed with the installation'
Forza Horizon 3
After few restarts, you will be on Windows 10 latest build.
Technically speaking, it will automatically install all the pending updates and also
it will restart few services and fix the problems (if any) automatically in the process of upgrade.
Do not enter that setup yet. You need to extract the iso onto a USB Flash drive or burn it onto a disc to complete the installation. Otherwise the required device will not be found!!!!!
The method worked! currently downloading it now!
