I'd expedite the latest version Update which has all prior Updates rolled in. Install it manually which is always the most stable method since Windows Updates are having a lot of problems.

For a Factory install especially focus on Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues. This will improve performance greatly.
Update your drivers from the PC's Support Downloads web page. Compare the latest drivers with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start Menu. Make sure you have the latest BIOS, Chipset, Display (Video), Sound, USB3, Bluetooth, Network and all other drivers, or else download and install the latest now.
You may improve internet speed by updating the wireless or ethernet drivers, but it also needs the latest chipset and other drivers to function optimally.
